How can I order a custom piece? Custom orders are taken through a waitlist. I only take a handful of custom orders each month. Once you submit your information, I will contact you when I am ready to take your order. Payment is due within 72 hours after I contact you, or you can remain on the waitlist until you are ready to order. My waitlist is open exclusively to my email subscribers.

What is the return policy? All sales are final. We accept returns or exchanges only for product damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped to you. Please see this page for our full refund policy.

What are the shipping options? All of my packages are shipped via USPS First Class and SHOULD arrive within the US in 2-6 days. Please note, I do not control packages once they leave my hands and I see the same shipping and tracking information that you do. Contact USPS to inquire on any shipping delays.

What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay? You are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Prices shown do NOT include VAT fees imposed by your country and I am NOT responsible for custom fees and import taxes.

What is the processing time for my order? The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. In general, ready-to-ship items will ship in 1-3 business days, while custom orders ship in 3-8 weeks. For details, see individual items. The processing time for custom orders will be determined prior to you purchasing the item.

Can I rush the processing time for my custom order? Short answer: yes. Long answer: I only take a limited amount of custom orders at a time. Rushed orders are determined on a case-by-case basis. In general, I will not shorten the processing time below 2 weeks.
